We're always interested to hear from musicians who would like to join.

Currently, we are particularly looking for additional trumpet players.

Thinking of coming along?

We rehearse at North Hall, Spencer Yard in Leamingon Spa, on Tuesday nights during school terms (it's a good idea to drop us a line using the form above and check rehearsal dates first) from 7:30pm until 9:30pm. Afterwards, you can usually find a good selection of the orchestra members at The Cricketers pub on Archery Road. Have a look at our page of useful information for new members.

Finding Spencer Yard

Spencer StreetThe Avenue HotelSpencer Yard is behind the old Spencer Street Church (the building with the columns) in Spencer Street - CV31 3NE. On foot, you can reach Spencer Yard via the alley to the left of the church, or the narrow road to the right of the Avenue Hotel. You can also reach Spencer Yard by car using the latter, but beware of parking restrictions as described below.

Almost no parking is available at Spencer Yard itself, and is limited to those with awkward instruments (double basses, harps, etc) and people with movement problems.

There is a public car park off Bath Place - CV31 3BP. Approach from the Parade into Bath Street and take the right turn just before the Majestic wine shop, or approach from Old Warwick Road, Clemens Street or Radford Road and take the turn into Bath Place halfway between the Bath Street/Clemens Street lights (under the railway bridge) and the Tachbrook Road/Lower Avenue lights.

Alternatively, there is usually parking on the street in Newbold Terrace and Leam Terrace, all no more than a few minutes walk away.
